In July of 1996 the older Girl Scouts were able attend the Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. There were two trips, we were on the second. We were able to see the women's soccer game for the gold, and a women's basketball game.

This is the group that we traveled with. In this picture we are waiting to enter the High Museum of Art Olympic Exhibit. There were many beautiful pieces of art inside!

We also visited many other sites. One of which was Juliette Gordon Low's home.

This is Christina and Jennifer outside of Juliette's home.

This is Judy pinning Jennifer with her birthplace pin during the garden pinning ceremony. You can only recieve this pin if you visit Juliette's home. This ceremony takes place in the backyard garden.

On our way to Atlanta, we stopped and enjoyed a river boat ride on the Kentucky River.

Randi, Rikki, and Marilyn enjoying themselves on the relaxing boat ride.

We also stopped at the Tennesse Aquarium.

Jen, Christina, Jill and Judy all had fun looking at the many exotic animals in the aquariums.
