Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1 box of diet yellow or white cake mix

1 can unsweetened pineapple tidbits or slices-drain and keep the juice

1/4 cup melted butter

Sugar Twin brown sugar
Take an 8" cake pan and put the pineapple in it. Add melted butter and sprinkle brown sugar on it. Follow directions on cake box and mix the cake. Use the reserved pineapple juice instead of water. If you don't have enough juice, add water to make enough. Pour cake mix over the pineapple and bake according to the directions on the box. Let it cool for awhile before you turn it out on a plate.
