				6.5.04 - Lots of good news to kick off June!!  First off, Eclipted will be playing a show tomorrow (Sunday) night at Washington Rec Center in Faribault.  Check out the details on the events page. Next, Hinken will be releasing their first EP, "Love" on July 13, unless some act of God closes down FedEx.  The disc is available for pre-order in the shop.  We've also made it easier for those of you who want to purchase CDs but don't have a credit card.  Just download our order form, fill in the info, and send it in and you'll magically get some CDs in the mail a few weeks later.  Third, Goodnight Sun's homeade "One Day Late" EP is now available online and via the order form.  Prior, it was only available at stores.  Look for some dates from Thirty Days to Boston to be coming your way.  They're busy at work and are prepping some new songs and perfecting old ones.
				5.10.04 - We have lots of good and exciting news for you.  First off, Eclipted has been in the studio recording a new LP that  we're very excited about.  Matt says they're hoping to get it out this summer.  We're not sure if it will be on Wellington, but either way it's bound to rock.  Hinken finished their time in the studio recording their first EP.  Right now it's going through the artwork/mastering stage.  The EP will be entitled "Love" and will be the first in a 3-part EP series.  Look for "Love" in July.  Thirty Days to Boston will be regrouping in a more permanent way this summer with Nic Koziolek behind the kit, complete with a new snare.  Look for some tour dates soon.  Thirty Days also plans on recording some more material with Jon and Matt at Curtain Call for the release we've all been awaiting for some time now!
				5.4.04 - Thirty Days to Boston, Slightly Ajar, and Dying Midwestern were suposed to hit up Mankato on May 1, but due to Mikey ending up in the hospital with complications with his diabetes, the show was canceled. We're going to try it again this weekend with Thirty Days to Boston, Slightly Ajar, and Eclipted. Kick off the Summer with an all Wellington night. Eclipted is in the studio right now recording their first full length album. Thirty Days will be recording an EP/LP (yet to be decided) with Matt and Jon from Curtain Call Records sometime soon. . It will be a grand time. Hinken will be active in the Chicago area as well.
					3.31.04 - Goodnight Sun and Mike Marquard will be playing in St. Louis on Friday, April 2.  Check the events page for more details.  We are also super excited to announce that our good friends Slightly Ajar have joined Wellington Records.  We haven't decided what that means as far as a release yet, but you'll be sure to see them at many a future Wellington event.  Stay tuned for details.  Hinken had to postpone their March studio session, but they are planning on making up for it in mid-April.  We're crossing our fingers that this will yield a EP come June accompanied by a interactive website and a full bore charge at the CMJ charts along with a revealing of "the plan."  Those damn mulit-cultural big city kids!
					2.13.04 - Happy New Year, Birthday, whatever........while most of you may think we do nothing when the site is not being updated, our status is usually the opposite. Much has happened in the last month and a half.  First off, the show at the Triple Rock was amazing.  We raised $1000 for CSM and heightened awareness on gun violence. At the end of December Mike Marquard quietly released his debut solo album "Seven Songs from Seven Stories Above Silvela."  It's been described as "haunting" and "unique." An official review comes out this month and we'll get that up for everyone ASAP. Goodnight Sun also released "One Day Late," a four song EP manufactured for as little as possible.  The disc is only available at stores and features some unmixed versions of songs recorded at Pachyderm and at home to preview their next release which remains untitiled and undecided per release date. Hinken premeired in an awesome way at the Triple Rock leaving us with puddles of joy in our pants. Currently, they are working at KSLU studios in St. Louis. Expect something material this summer. And now the best news!!  You can now buy Wellington albums and products online.  Just visit our store and click "Buy Now."  All you need is a PayPal account and you'll be set.  Hopefully we'll be adding other forms of merch in the future such as shirts and stickers.  Thirty Days to Boston is planning on hitting the Minneapolis circuit soon.  Stay tuned for their return to rock.  If you're in the St. Louis area, keep your eyes open for some Mike Marquard shows.  Dig.
					12.12.03 - Musicians Fire Back!! The concert to end gun violence has been confirmed for the 2nd of January at the Triple Rock! Get all the details and bands on the events page. We highly recommend buying advance tickets as both shows (all ages and 21+) are likely to sell out. Goodnight Sun has decided to delay the release of their LP until later this Spring. The band wanted to get a more comprehensive piece put together before releasing. The material from Pachyderm Studios sounds amazing, expect to be pleasantly surprised. Because of this, only Mike Marquard will be releasing a record at the release show at JavaLive on December 26. Both groups will still perform. Wellington is happy to announce the addition of Hinken (Mike + Luke Marquard's new group) to our roster. Check out the show on January 2 to see them loud and proud for the first time.
					11.17.03 - Wellington Records is back on track with events announcing two Wellington Events today.  Mike Marquard will open up for a local Spanish duo in Madrid next Tuesday.  Mike Marquard will join Goodnight Sun on December 26th as the two artists dually realease albums at JavaLive in Faribault, MN.  The admission will be free, but both groups could sure use some support through the purchase of CDs for all of their hard earned dollars going into them.  Check out the events for all of the details.  Also, make sure to note the non-Wellington events as they are sure to promise a night of entertainment.  Final details about the Anti-Gun show should be up soon.
					11.5.03 - Goodnight Sun's debut release, "Moon Over Saratoga" was released yesterday marking Wellington's second release!!  Head over to the releases page to check it out and order a copy.  Things are on track for the "Musicians Fire Back" show.  Rumors tell us that Hinken plans to make its much awaited Rock 'n' Roll debut there.  Check back soon for details and informaton.  Mike Marquard and Goodnight Sun plan to dual release on December 26.  More info soon.
				10.22.03 - Goodnight Sun is pushing the release date of their/his debut EP entitled "Moon Over Saratoga" back to Nov. 4th because of quality assurance.  We've decided it's worth the wait.  Mike Marquard is reported to be "doing things" in Spain.  We've heard rumors of learning Piano and being pissed at Midterms.  The only comment he made was, "expect a Christmas present."  Planning is underway for some Christmas shows.  We are trying to organize an anti-Minnesota Personal Protection (Right to Carry) concert, but were lacking a large drawing band (400+).  If you have any reccomendations email us.  Does anyone know where Eclipted went?  We haven't heard a peep in months?  If you want Goodnight Sun and Mike Marquard to stop in your town along their Midwest January tour, email us with a good venue.
				10.1.03 - The first "A Day in the Life" feature is finally up!!  Also, Mike Marquard and Brian McDonough are planning a small midwest tour for January.  Stay tuned for further info.
				9.23.03 - Goodnight Sun is holding steady at #3 and Mike Marquard has moved up to #15 on the indie charts at soundclick.com  Keep listening to those songs to keep our boys in the prime positions.  Mike McDonough is cool because he emails now!  Matt Wagner is supposidly sick with mono.  We wish him a speedy recovery and much sympathy from Jillian.
				9.22.03 - Mike Marquard has started things up and is working on solo material from accross the sea.  Be sure to check out his audio.  Goodnight Sun has chosen to retitle their upcoming EP to "Moon Over Saratoga."  Look for tour dates around New Years.  Mike and Goodnight Sun are both doing quite while on the charts at soundclick.com - go to their audio pages and listen to their songs to improve their position and gain recognition.  Rhyming is fun.  Mike McDonough made an international phone call.  Eclipted is missing in action.  Find them for us.
				9.18.03 - Goodnight Sun has a new demo entitled "petals in my glass" available for download.  Educate yourself on the current state of Brian McDonough and company via the audio page.  The message board is hopping.  Don«t miss out on the excitement.
			9.15.03 - Eclipted«s "Someday" is being hosted on their home site.  Check it out.  We will be starting a new feature very soon on the Wellington site called "A Day in the Life" which will feature some sort of piece on a Wellington artist showing their lives away from the music.  The first piece should be up soon. A new piece will hopefully be featured weekly.
				9.12.03 - We just received the sad news about Johnny Cash.  The Man in Black passed away at age 71 because of complications with diabetes. We«ll miss him.  New events will be posted later today.
				9.11.03 - Eclipted«s "Fake Feeling" is up on the audio page.  These guys have been slow getting to the web, but they«re finally here, so check them out, they rock.
					9.10.03 - The site has finally been launched.  Not everything is completely linked together yet, but it will be soon. Check out our newest artist Goodnight Sun, listen to some music, or post on the message board in your free time. We«d love to hear from you.
