Scripts: The new script engine is a work in progress
Samples of the new scripts can be obtained from the svn repository.
These scripts can be obtained by opening the svn  \stellarium\scripts section and downloading the tarball
Unzip the tarball and place the scipts in your script folder.

New version Repaired Stellarium 0.10.2.  Released.

Many of the file formats have changed from earlier versions than 0.10.x  so the early version files will no longer work 0.10.2 and vice versa. The nebula textures folder contains the new textures.json file. The stars folder has a new stars.ini. There are changes to skyculture and language utilities and a new script engine. The new script engine is a work in progress

This file is a snapshot of the svn
Stellarium 0.10.3 It contains the static version of the plugins.
To use it download, unzip and place in the stellarium folder from version 0.10.2
Update
  4685-exec.zip also the file
modules.zip will need to be unzipped and the folder modules added to the Stellarium folder
NOTE:
Stellarium 0.10.0 beta was compiled with Qt4.4.2.
Stellarium 0.10.1  was built with Qt 4.4.3.
Stellarium 0.10.2  is built with Qt 4.5.0 and contains the 4.5.0 Dll's
Textures
Unzip the two  zipped textures files, Avandonk,  and textures and place the contents in the nebula folder.
Then add or overwrite the existing textures.json file with version from the zipped files.
A new ngc2000names.dat file and ngc2000.dat file with some extra names is here also
