Popsicle Phil the Third,(distant second cousin,twice removed,to Sir Whimsical Will), was born at Maniac Manor in Dementia,Wackivainia,on April 1, 1798,{Earth Standard Time} to Popsicle Penelope and Popsicle Phil the Second. As a child, Philip showed great promise. At the tender age of three months,Phil was already exhibiting signs that he could read books and solve complicated mathmatical problems in areas such as Algebra and Multiplication.Phil's parents, Popsicle Penelope and Popsicle Phil the Second enrolled their gifted son in Saint Micheal's Nursery School for the Psychologically Challenged, of which he promply was transferred to an institute of higher learning, Our lady of the Altered State Elementary School, where he learned various Earth languages, such as French and English.He excelled in such areas as Winni Ala Meega {a type of Wackivainian calligraphy}Phil turned his intellectual gaze heavenward when he registered in Saint Winnibaigo's looniversity for the Psychologically Unstable, located in downtown Dementia.It was in those hallowed halls that he aquired three PHD's in the areas of Astronomy,Astrophysics,and Chemistry.After graduation, Phil attended Bedlam University, where he excelled in Metorology. {Study of Metors and Asteroids} Earning a Master's degree in the subject of Metorology, our dear friend went to pursue a subject he truly desired to learn; traffic reporting.So, in the course of pursuing this worthy endeavor, he earned a Psycho's degree.After reading the book, The Wackivainian body by Doctor Jim Naisium, he decided to sign up for a course in Wackivainian Medicine, earning a licence to practice the art of medicine at Our lady of Propetual Motion Medical Research Facility. After completing his education,Popsicle Phil returned home to Maniac Manor to spend more time with his parents.But,fate had other plans!
From time to time, Phil, periodically, is called in to the Court of Queen Wacky Wendy the First, to research and study the effects of a rare disorder that plagues the royal family: Dementia Fever.This chronic & hereditary disorder threatens to turn the Queen of Wackivainia sane. His extensive research makes it possible for the doctors at Our Lady of Infinate Circumference hospital to develope a cure.(Editor's note = The disease mutates every year.)Because of his "heroic" deed, he was rewarded with a knighthood in the year two thousand and one.{Earth Standard Time} Sir Popsicle Phil is now a member of the Noble Order of the Cheeseburger.This royal action established the Noble House of Pankakes.{Popsicle Phil's own personal estate}. Popsicle Phil's home, Pankake Manor, is right next door to Maniac Manor to allow easy access so he can spend more time with his family.Phil is currently employed at Loony Labs, where he teaches and confuses the next generation of wacky scientists. Popsicle Phil has been nominated twice before for a knighthood, but you know what they say; it's an honor just to be nominated.I suppose the third time's a charm for this gentleman. Sir Popsicle Phil uses his extensive educational background to enhance his cousin, Sir Whimsical William's already spectacular and throughly entertaining Demented News.One of his most enjoyed activities, besides studying at the Wackivainian Observatory, is reading for pleasure.One of the books that he likes is called, Straitjackets of the Rich and Famous by Ura Psycho.
Popsicle Phil's big "claim to fame" is that he is related to Sir Richard the Felinehearted.A man of noble character,who pledged his undying loyalty to the crown,just before he moved to another planet.Even though Phil is related to a knight,it is the custom of the kingdom of Wackivainia, that the eldest son of the said Noble family must renew the lease every hundred years to keep their title "in the family." Sir Richard forgot to send in the paperwork!
One of Phil's favorite times of the day is early morning.It is here he observes the color that he likes best,red.
Sir Popsicle Phil gets his height from his mother's side of the family.He is 79 inches tall.As Popsicle Penelope says,"He's a real pillar of the community!"
Popsicle Phil's weight varies with each planet that he visits so it doesn't stay the same long enough for us to record it.
Popsicle Phil's favorite dish is Looney Chicken.This entree is prepared in the same way as ordinary Earth chicken, but is served with a special "secret" sauce that is so good,it makes the eater dance.{at least,for awhile after eating!}
Popsicle Phil has one sister,Popsicle Phyllis,who owns a successful Floral and Butcher shop.Also,she is a Lady-in-Waiting for the current Queen of Wackivainia, Queen Wacky Wendy the First. CAUTION:Website still Under Construction; Watch for Falling Pronouns!
