Booking Conditions
Please make all initial bookings by telephone to Wendy on 0161 748 4584, this will enable us to make a provisional booking for you while you sort out your travel arrangements.

When a final booking is agreed by telephone then this must be confirmed within seven days by sending this completed booking form with a deposit.

Your booking will then be confirmed. 
This deposit is NOT refundable.

The balance of your holiday cost must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. After this has been paid your final holiday details will be sent to you.

Please note you will be responsible for all breakages/repairs/lost keys required as a result of your stay. We, therefore, ask for a £100 refundable damage deposit.

Unless other arrangements have been made then entry into our home is 4.00 P.M on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 11.00 A.M on the day of departure.

Neither we, nor or agents will accept any responsibility or liability for:
a)   delays or loss of rental time due to travel problems of any sort whatsoever.
b)   for any accident, injury, loss, or illness of any sort to any persons, either whilst        staying at our property, regardless of howsoever it may have occured.

Our agent will be available at all times if you have any problems.

The owners reserve the right to vary rates and conditions of hire at any time and to decline hire to any persons without giving reasons.

The cancellation charges are as follows:

8 weeks or more prior to your departure - DEPOSIT ONLY
Less than 8 weeks before your departure - FULL RENTAL PRICE

WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOU AGAINST HAVING TO MAKE A LATE CANCELLATION AND ALSO TO AVOID MEDICAL COSTS DURING YOUR STAY AS THESE ARE VERY EXPENSIVE IN THE U.S.A.
