Ingredients

2 avocados

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon salsa

1 clove garlic - pressed (or 2 teaspoons of minced
garlic)

2 tablespoons onion - finely diced

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro - finely chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice (or lime juice)

salt - a few shakes
Optional:
Mash the avocados in a bowl, leaving some of it chunky, then add
the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
When storing, use plastic wrap and place it directly on
guacamole, pushing all air out of bowl.
