d.         Procurement Committee - Armando Tafolla

            1. Procures necessary equipment for event
            2. Coordinates reservations of dance hall, mixer, etc. 

e.         Program Committee - Laura Vasquez Balli

            1. Develops program for entire event.
            2. Emcees the event. 

f.          Registration, Sign-up & Packet Committee - Roy Becerra

            1. Provides classmates with registration materials
            2. Distributes packets day of event.
            3. Coordinates member payments.

            1. Creates prizes for various categories
            2. Procures prizes 

h.         Picture Backdrop Committee - Roy Becerra

            1. Procures "Class of 1973" Banner for Picture 

i.          Entertainment Committee - Ernesto Cavazos, Armando Tafolla

            1. Procures Entertainment.    
            2. Provides DJ with list of songs 1969 - 1973

            1. Creates name tags for classmates (with pictures)

            2. Sends necessary materials to teachers attending.
