"The Old Rugged Cross"
A Tribute
to some who have come and gone:
** We Shall Sing Again
**
Granny we shall sing again,
Grandma we shall sing again;
Life is short - Like a Test,
Yet to come - is the Best!
We shall sing again Granny,
We shall sing again Grandma;
For us you had suffering and pain,
For us you had service and gain.
Granny we shall sing again,
Grandma we shall sing again;
Life so short - not so Restful,
For the Glory of Celestial.
We shall sing again Granny,
We shall sing again Grandma;
Felt again your true measure of
Love,
Felt again Our Great God above.
Granny we shall sing again,
We shall sing again our voices
raise;
Grandma we shall sing again,
We shall sing again to God we
praise.
Granny We will sing
again,
We will sing praises
certainly;
Grandma We will sing
again;
We will rejoice
eternally.
Hallelujah - We Will Sing
Again!
Raise your voices high - We Will Sing
Again!
Praise Ye the Lord - We Will Sing
Again!
To God be nigh - We Will Sing
Again!
So Granny - We Shall Sing Again!
Rejoice in Heaven - it never ends.
And Grandma - We Will Sing
Again!
I can barely wait to see you then.
For in Heaven - We Shall sing
again.
(Author: Wes Underwood, March 2001)
Inspired and affirmed by the words "it is great to have fish on
the table again" by their daughter, my mother, who follows the Lord's footsteps
as well, if not better.
When Jesus overcame death, after His resurrection from the dead ,
he partook of fish again with his friends and family and followers. They sang
again. They exchanged loving jestures, like hugs again. They partook of the
sacred ordinance of the sacrament to renew their Godly commitments to one
another again. Then Christ ascended to Heaven to be with His Father
again.
We
will do more than sing and eat again - We will have it all, as families in glory
again.
Then as family units, just as was planned when we left Heavenly
Father's presence, we will go back to Him to receive His Greatest Blessing of
Eternal Life as promised:
#The right to Charity!!! The "Pure Love of Christ" was
demonstrated to us, in the relationship between Heavenly Father and His Son
Jesus Christ; so Charity is found in the Family "Tree of Life" where neither
Root(Ancestry) nor Branch(Children) has a beginning or end of
"Family Ties."
How is your family doing?
Do you want to be single and separate from your
family?
Be ready to see them again, For Jesus Christ Shall come
again!
