The Westage Towers Community Association (WTCA) is a registered not-for-profit corporation.

The purposes of the WTCA are as follows:
The recreational facilities available to residents consist of an outdoor in-ground pool and a pavilion with gazebo east of the pool area. The swimming pool is 1,000 sq. ft. (40' x 25') with a 3' to 10' depth. Its maximum capacity is about 55 people. The wooden gazebo sits on the pavilion, which is a one-story building containing rest rooms, a pool storage room, and a first-aid station.

The WTCA has a maximum of 244 members: all 127 unit owners in the East Tower and all 117 unit owners in the West Tower. Garage Unit owners are not members of the WTCA.

The affairs of the Association are the responsibility of the Board of Directors which consists of a maximum of 10 members. Unit owners in the East and West Towers elect 5 directors each on an annual basis. Board members include the following positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and a Management Company Representative. The Community Association generally meets on a monthly basis and issues minutes of each meeting shortly thereafter.

The cost and expenses of operating the Association are allocated among and assessed to the unit owners in direct proportion to the size of the owner's unit. These expenses are collected by the respective Building's Board of Managers as part of the monthly common charges and remitted to the Association. The WTCA budget is determined by the Directors on an annual basis.
