What a year it has been with you Nicklaus! In many ways it seems impossible that you're already turning one year old. In other ways, this past year seems to have lasted a lifetime. How could one little boy bring so much fear and hope, grief and joy, tears and laughter? All I know is that your family loves you so much buddy! You're a special little boy. You've already touched more lives in your first year than most people do in a lifetime. A lot of people have told us that you must be destined for some great thing, to have overcome all you have in your first year. Maybe that's true. But you know what?
