Frozen Moment
The world has frozen over. I know just how it feels. My worries hang like jagged spikes; Inside the wagon’s wheels.
Each step I take; On glass I stand; Such motionlessness; Was quite unplanned.
Can’t seem to defrost; Can’t get regrowth started; Frozen like the landscape; Trapped in time where we parted.
And though I know; My timid heart would be behooved; I’m too afraid to forget your face; The moment my world moved.
