Anytime can work, but the best time is during the early fall or early winter, as that is when we begin to prepare our new programs for the coming year.
Anyone who wants to play is welcome. Most of our repertoire is at an intermediate level. The best way to discover whether you're comfortable with it is to stop by and attend a rehearsal. Members of the band may be available to tutor you, and definitely will assist you, if you want.

Yes, the band maintains an E-Mail list. We send an announcements of upcoming events to that list along with an occasional newletter. The addresses on the list are never revealed to anyone!. Click here if you would like to be added to our mailing list.
Contact the president, Roy Clark. The band has a fairly full schedule during the summer, but there are occasional openings and performances can be arranged during other times of the year.
The band performs a number of civic functions gratis, but does charge a negotiable fee for most other performances, in order to cover the cost of music and equipment; and to pay rent for our rehearsal space, which incidently, helps support the Westerly Armory, a historic building.
