From the A1M turn onto the A68 west bound, following the brown signs for "North Pennines Weardale".

Carry on for approx 10 miles through West Auckland and Toft Hill, again, following the brown signs for "North Pennines Weardale" and the green signs for the A68.

Just before crossing the River Wear about 1 1/2 miles out of Toft Hill, after you have gone down the big hill, turn left for Hamsterley, follow for 2 miles.

Take the first right turn in Hamsterley, sign posted Bedburn and Wolsingham. Go down the hill through Bedburn and 1/4 of a mile after leaving Bedburn, we are the first farm on the left.
