"Hiya Sha. Where's Nix?" Asked Lin.
"Oh he's gone to see his mam for a while, u know catch up and stuff. But first he's gone to talk to Bry."
"Oh?" Lin asked warily.
"Yeah they're just gonna sort everything out, about time to if u ask me. I wonder what was the problem." Said a puzzled Shane.
"Yeah me to. Anyways u wanna get a video and veg out?" "Yeah why not."
With Bryan and Nicky.
"I've still got no idea why u went ape about me and Lin spending time with each other, I mean we are best friends, Bryan."
"I know, I know. Its just that I never get to spend any time with her u know?" said Bryan.
"Then make time." Replied Nicky.
"I try but if she's not with u she's with Shane, or Mark or Kian. Also when we do spend time with her I feel kinda uncomfortable u know?"
"Have u told her how u feel?" Asked Nicky.
"Oh yeah right, she's not interested in the slightest."
"And u know this how?" replied Nicky.
"Well before I...I…I kissed her before and."
"U WHAT? WooHoo good on ya Bry!!!!!" Said Nicky rather excitedly.
"Yeah but she pulled away and said it was wrong. So what does that tell u?"
"Maybe she was just shocked?"
"I don't think so, I think I've just blown my one and only chance." And with that Bryan left got in his car and drove off.
"Well Lin I've got no idea what film to watch, I think I'll burst if I watch Titanic again, I think I used all my tears up last time. Lin... hello... LIN!"
"What? oh... erm yeah whatever u think." Said Lin as though she was a million miles away.
"Have u been listening to a word I've been saying?"
"Yeah of course."
"Ok what was the last thing I said?"
Just then Bryan walked in and stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Lin. Shane had the feeling they needed to talk about something and said "Maybe I'll just go to my room."
"Bry I think we need to." Said Lin walking over to him.
"I'm tired I'm off to bed."
"Bry please about before."
"What about it? I made a fool of my self. Excuse me." And he slammed the door behind him. 'Oh god why did I push him away? What have I done?' Lin thought to herself.
