Lost in a dream

chapter six

I was practising Universal and Human Energy for ten months now and I had level four. In fact, what am I doing? I am transferring energy to sick people. This is working and I have to thank God and only Him for offering me this beautiful gift. To make a person feel better is the greatest feeling you can get! I sat on the bed beside Shane and I prayed God for guidance and help, then I concentrated myself on Shane's chakras. In about 2 minutes he regained consciousness and he opened his big brown eyes. He asked me: "What happened? Where are the others?". I told him he had lost consciousness and I helped him to get back and that the others were in the next room. He didn't quite understand what had happened in there earlier, but he seemed a lot better. I stood up and went into the living room. They were all very serious, nobody was saying a word. They looked at me with a lot of hope in their eyes. I told them Shane was going to be alright and they ran into the room finding Shane much better than just a few minutes before. My friend told me that she had explained them about what I was doing to Shane and they had trusted me a lot. The paramedics got there and I told them what happened and they were really surprised about the way Shane was feeling. He was just perfect and so they thought we did a very bad joke and told us not to call an ambulance when there's no need for one. Other people needed them more. I tried to explain that he really felt bad, but they left. Shane was on his feet, all dressed up and smiling. I asked him: "What do you think you're doing? Ten minutes ago you fainted like a leaf and now you wanna go out?!". He came to me and gave me the biggest hug, it seemed like forever. "Thank you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!" he said. "You shouldn't be thanking me, but the one that loves us up there and gives us the tools to make ourselves well again. The tools are all around us, I was only taught how to use them" I answered. "Now get into bed, you're not going anywhere!" I yelled at him. "But I'm feeling better than ever and I want to spend this night with you, Jo and my friend so. And…erm… I'm pretty hungry!" It was so hard to tell him no. Nicky asked him: "Are you sure mate? You sure scared us back there". "Yes, I'm positive!"

We waited for them to finish getting dressed and then we left for the closest McDonalds. They were acting like nothing had happened. The restaurant was supposed to be closed at that hour, but their tour manager rented the place for us for the night. The crew was so impressed by the guys, they were asking for autographs. Shane was constantly looking at me. Helping him made me his best friend. We had a marvellous time that night, but as the morning was approaching I was beginning to feel very sad. I knew that they were supposed to leave in the morning and probably I would have never seen them again. I tried to make every moment worth living. We had a lot of fun, we took a lot of photos, until Kian fell asleep using a BigMac as a pillow. He was so adorable. It was 6am when they tour manager said we should leave. They all offered to take me and my friend home. We agreed and first we went to my friend's house. She was pretty upset, too, but she hugged them all and said she was going to miss them all. Of course she told Bryan that she wished they had more time together and of course Bryan turned red again. We said good-bye to her and I promised to give her a call later that day. We got into the van and we came to my house. I was very tired, but that meant nothing to me. Big tears formed in my eyes and I didn't try to stop them from falling. "Oh, com' on, don't cry" said Mark, "I promise you that we will be back here as soon as possible. It's a very nice country and we didn't have time to see much of it, so we have to come back and take a closer look". We got off the van and I hugged them each for ages. I was so going to miss them. They were such nice lads. When I got to Shane he offered to walk me to the door. I said yes and good-bye to the rest of the guys for the last time. We got to the door and I stopped. I didn't know what to say. He was leaving and that hurt so much. He took my hand and leant to give me a kiss. I stopped him and said: "Please don't… It would only make your leaving worse…". He had tears in his eyes also and he hugged me and we cried in each other's arms. We stayed like that for ages when I felt someone watching us. It was my neighbour and friend Seby. He was coming home from a party and he stopped when he saw me. He asked if we were OK, I told him yes and I introduced him to Shane. He's a very nice guy. He shook hands with Shane and then left. Shane asked me for my phone number and I gave him a card. I was sure he wasn't going to call me, but what the hell? He promised to call me and then said good-bye and left. I stood there watching him go and tearing up my heart, then I got inside where Seby was waiting for me. He asked me if Shane was one of the guys from Westlife and I nodded affirmative and then burst into tears in his arms. He helped me get to my apartment, opened the door for me and told me to get a good sleep and that we would talk later.
