MUSICIAN OF THE MONTH

Dr. Ken Marshall D.C

Ken is a Doctor of Chiropractic who currently practices in Virden, MB.

Originally born in Wawanesa,MB he started playing music at about 16 yrs of age.
 He is starting his own luthier business as well. So far he has made some interesting
 instruments that combine perhaps the body of one and the neck style of another.
 Amazingly they all sound quite professional. Ken has also built and plays his own guitar and
mandolin and a case to carry a myriad of instruments.  Here is a sample of one of his own instruments.....the mandolin that he is holding in the picture above but a close-up shot.

Ken thoroughly enjoys the jams as they provide a learning experience
 for his new mandolin talents. His favourite music is Bluegrass, Blues and Contemporary
Christian music.  He also shines in the voice department and
the Jams just wouldn't be the same without him.
