Blue Chair Coffeehouse This is a cozy listening room that seats about 50 people. We provide cafe seating, candlelight, board games, twinkling white lights ,and desserts. We have a nice new Mackie sound system . The room has a black box stage  and performers can choose to  have our light show running for their peformance. No one has refused it as yet. We usually have local and regional  performers at The Blue Chair. Open 7 - 10:00 third and fourth Fridays of the month. Make Art Not War Acoustic Music Series This program usually takes place in the larger hall as we bring in national touring artists for this series. The classic historical grange dance  hall seats 185 people . A portion of the proceeds for this series goes to the Vermont Peace Academy. West Street Arts & Crafts Fair Three times a year West Street Arts holds an art and craft fair hosting New England artisans. These events occur on Thanksgiving holiday, Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. 10:00 - 3:00 Art After School Our after school program features classes in the arts with hand drumming, hip-hop dance, rock n' roll choir and improvisational sewing. All classes are taught by working professinal artists. Five days a week 3:30 to 5:00. Jam Camp A one  and two week summer day camp featuring all of the offerings of the after school program. New Century Women A 12 part performance series featuring  the music of women of all genres and generations. Starts Sept 17 with Tret Fure. Cris Willaimson Oct 23. Kindermusik New program starts Sept. A joyous musical experience progresses from  newbornon up to 7 years of age. Contra Dance Wednesday  evenings starting August 25. Live poppin' tunes by hotshot Zinnia Outlaws ! Belly Dance In it's sixth year with West Street Arts. Tuesday evening classes with the beautiful and magnificently talented Ismalia. 6:00 - 8:00 Square Dance The Green Mountain Squares ; Sept to  Feb;  classes for all levels. It's a hoot and a half. In it's fifth year at West Street Arts. Monday 6:00 - 8:00
