This is hopefully to be an as complete as possible directory of wetlook scenes in Scandinavian (i.e. Norwegian, Swedish and Danish) films and TV series. I am, however, unable to compile this directory all by myself, so contributions are necessary. If any Scandinavians out there know of a wetlook scene, email a description of it (as detailed as possible), together with the title, year and nationality of the film/TV series (if known).
"Hjälten" (The Hero) - long film, Sweden, 1990. Helge Jordal, Lena Carlsson, Ulf Friberg.
In the opening sequence, the girl Rita (Carlsson) and her father (Jordal) arrives at a bathing place where they jump in the water fully clothed. Later in the film there is a sequence where Rita and her boyfriend (Friberg) go for a fully-clothed swim at the same bathing place.

"Håkon Håkonsen" (Shipwrecked) - adventure, Norway/Sweden, 1990. Stian Smestad, Louisa Haigh
Girl (Haigh) closed in cage in cargo hold of pirate ship is saved by the cabin boy (Smestad) when the ship sinks. 19th Century outfits. Some underwater sequences as the girls is liberated.
"Lust" - Love drama, Sweden, 1994. Cia Berg, Gerhard Hoberstorfer.
The woman Sara (Berg) sits down in bathtub wearing red dress and black pantyhose.

"Fiendens Fiende" (Enemy's Enemy) - action, Sweden, 1990. Peter Haber, Maria Grip.
Two women playing by the sea when one of them (Grip) falls in, and then goes for a swim. Also a few shot of the woman afterwards, drying her clothes by a bonfire.
"Mysteriet med det levende lik" - Norway/Sweden/Denmark (co-production), 1990.
Swedish girl jumps off a Polish freighter and into the sea before swimming to her friend in a rowing-roat nearby. She is dressed in a wool sweater, bluejeans and sneakers. There's also a few shots of the soaking wet girl after they go ashore.
"Skärgårdsdoktorn" - drama, Sweden, 1997 - present. Samuel Fröler, Ebba Hultkvist, Sten Ljunggren.
In an episode of this series, a young couple steals an old wooden boat. The owner of the boat runs out on the pier, shouting and waving his fist at them. To scare him, the young couple stears the boat straight at the pier. Attempting to turn away at the last moment, the steering locks up, and they have to jump in the water. The girl can be seen swimming and wading ashore, wearing tight, black trousers and a small black top. Her soaking wet clothes can be seen clearly.

"Dolly & Dolly" - action comedy, Sweden, 1998. Carl-Åke Eriksson, Sven Ahlström, Anders Wodskou-Berthelsen, Helene Egelund, Åsa Forsblad.
There are two episodes of this series with wetlook sequences: In episode 1, the chick Louise (Forsblad), chases the boat of the liquour-smuggler "Greven" (Eriksson) on water-skis, wearing a thin, blue summer dress. As the boat towing her runs aground, she is seen towards the end of the scene splashing around in the water.
In episode six, the liquour-smuggler's dealer, Preben (Wodskou-Berthelsen) tries to drown to of his companions (Egelund and Ahlström) in a large tank of liquour (now THAT's what I'd call alcohol abuse.. ;-)). The man is wearing frogman-gear, whilst the chick (Egelund), wears black hotpants and a short top.

"Sølvsjalet" - youth drama, Norway, 1998.
A girl in a bluish-grey sweatsuit is possessed by a magic silver-lined cloak and runs into a small lake. The scene starts with a view of the girl as she stands waist-deep in the water, then, when one of her friends try to tear the cloak off her and rescue her, they start to fight and she attempts to drown him. Then she dives down into the lake and swims away. Shortly after we see her standing out of the water in her soaking wet sweatsuit.
"Herr von Hancken" - mini series, Sweden, 2000.
The informer Carlander is in a small boat together with the von Hancken family's daughter Nora. After Carlander has been reading poems for a while, Nora decides to take a bath, and jumps in the sea in her light-coloured summer dress. A few underwater shots. There is also a short sequence later in the series where Nora takes a bath in a lake in a short yellow dress.
