Ohmygosh I went to Perth!!! |
So i went and visited Jenn and had a roaring good time. We shopped in Perth City and in the Fremantle Markets, enjoyed an interesting Ladies night thanks to the Murdoch women's rugby team, and kicked back on the white sandy beaches on Rottnest Island. I'm still scanning, so please be patient, but here's a taste of purdy Perthy: |

uh, this is sure in order - here we are GOING to rottenest on the fairy. Ooops, oh well! it was a lovely ride about 1/2 hour, and thanks to dramamine no one got sick. but we did get tired...maybe that explains why we slept so much on the warm sand...jealous yet? |

Look! the ocean, the rocks, the sand, AND ME! all we need is a seagull and that would be my christmas card...by the way, i scored those sexy board shorts in Perth just two days prior to this picture being taken....wheeeeee! |

Silly Jenn didn't wear her swimming suit...what a waste of good 25 degree weather! ah well, it's not like we didn't trompse around in the water enough for her pants to get drenched...then we warmed up and dried off in the WARM WONDERFUL SAND. (well, if you're getting jealous now, just remember that sand pretty much goes where it goes, and i'm pretty sure i brought a lot of it back with me despite what quarantine wishes). |

Perth has the luxury of sunsets over the ocean. This one was...quite nice. |
