I'm an ARTIST... or something.  Look, in order to get to the fun pictures you have to look at the ones I like first, mkay?  Like mom always said - you have to eat all your peas to get dessert. well...i liked the peas, so that wasn't a problem. Anyway, here's some of the black and white work i did while on vacation.  When you see the color photos, please realize that i worked more on the black and white ones...yeah, that's why the color photos suck.

They say the outback is a lonely place... The subject here is Hila, my new friend from Israel.  I made her pose for some pictures for skool...she did a good job :)

This one i actually used in class - hooray for that project being done!  if you want a bigger copy, let me know.  it looks much better bigger  (Thanks Hila!).

This is Ayer's Rock (Uluru).  The area around it was, uhm, on fire the day before... Anyway, I used this one for the class too.

This is at King's Canyon - Nope, not on fire.  When it doesn't have enough water, this tree cuts off the veins that go to it's branches.  It stays in this dehydrated state until it has enough water...or burns down i guess.
