A large nest of eggs is nestled in a small area of the beach. Eggs of all colors begin to rock back and forth. a boy is standing in one corner of the area, fussing over a small light green wolf-like child. He notices you and smiles, "I bet you're wondering what she is. It's a Lyris, and she helps me guard these eggs from anyone looking to steal them; although that doesn't really happen too often. At least I know if it ever does happen, the thief will learn their lesson."
The young adult respond by jokingly baring her teeth.
You laugh and nod, looking over at the eggs. He blushes a bit and sighes.
"You can have one as long as you don't intend on selling it," He sighed.
You nod and reach for one of the eggs. |
