| For more than half a century Riley B.King better known as B.B.King has defined the blues for a worldwide audience. B.B.King has been recording blues since the 1940s. he has produced over fifty albums. His first break came in 1948 when he performed on Sonny Boy Williams radio show, which lead to steady engagements at the Sixteenth Avenue Grill, West Mempihis. His show became so popular he had to think of a radio show name an deventually came up with B.B.King - Blues Boy King. Over the years B.B.King created one of the most identifiable guitar styles. B.B.King opened up his own blues club in 1991. B.B.King still tours and does 250 concerts a year around the world |
