WHO ARE WE ??

We are a walking club for women between the ages of 18 - up.

We meet 1-3 times a week for 45 MINS. 
The cost is only $10.00 per class.  Buy a punchcard of 5-10 classes and attend as frequent as you like.  You don't pay for classes you don't attend.  Isn't that great ??

When you arrive each week, you will have an optional
"weigh-in" and a blood pressure check.
You will then receive your
healthy tips and hand-outs for that session.
Our walking fitness classes will be intervals of walking (slow to brisk, depending on the fitness level of each class) and breaks to do strength training with fit tubes and bands and other exercises to strengthen the whole body!!  Don't worry, you will be placed in an appropriate class for your fitness level.  Beginners are very welcome, so don't be shy!!

Once a month, should you choose to also attend and enjoy a healthy breakfast or lunch together after our walk, at Live Well- Be Fit (89 Sparta Ave., Suite 205, Sparta Health & Wellness Center,  Sparta, NJ, 07871.)
Healthy meal participants are asked to bring a pot-luck meal to share with the healthy recipe which we will make copies of to hand-out.
We can relax, share healthy lifestyle support, chat and exchange healthy recipes.

Groups will be divided depending on the fitness level of the participants, & we will decide on the speed and distance to walk.  We will always try to find a pretty, scenic place to take our healthy walks.  Suggestions for locations of local walks are more than welcome!!

Our meeting place will be at Live Well-be Fit / Women's Fitness & Recovery, LLC at the same time each week.

You will have access to the bathrooms
before and after our walk.
