Craig David is one of the best Uk RnB artists around his first hit single was with garage group Artful Dodger with the song "Re-wind". Soon after came his solo single "Fill me In" and soon after a string uf Uk hits from his album "Born To Do It". Folowing his success in the Uk he proceded to try and crack America, I think hes had some success over there he had to revamp some of hisold hits for the US audience. Apparantly they weren't too sure what to make of him as his style is RnB and garage 2 step fused together (America doesn't realy know about garage music- its a uk thing!). He was gladly welcomed back in 2002 with his album "Slicker than your Average". Some said that it was not as good as his debut but I think there are some tunes on that album! He proved this with his hit with Sting "The Rise and Fall.
Craig David is famously impersonated by British comedian Leigh Francis aka Avid Merrion- celebrity stalker, in his show "Bo Selecta" which also takes the mick out of Michael Jackson and Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown. Craig has the good sense of humor not to mind it though and even admits to watching it when hes over here
