About us What Wigston Wants is an independent voluntary website, set up and maintained by a driven need to improve all that is not right! On this site you will find people who deserve praise for the good things they do, and maybe along the way, a few of the opposite kind of people that make our day to day lives a misery, just because they can! Some information may be serious and some may be peppered with tongue in cheek sarcasm, but all information will be as true and as accurate as possible. What Wigston Wants invites all opinions, good and bad, on issues concerning Oadby, Wigston and South Wigston. This site provides you with a way of actively making your views known on what you think could be done to improve the area's, without leaving your seat. All emails will be read and all serious comments will be passed on to Oadby & Wigston Borough Council. What Wigston Wants will also keep a copy of the ideas and opinions to use for future reference, when looking at what can be done to improve the areas, and when considering what the community wants.
