Brazillian Curry (this is one of mine)
INGREDIENTS
Tin of baked beans
Tin of corned beef (thats the Brazillian bit)
Curry powder or paste
Break up the corned beef and heat with the beans in a saucepan. When the corned beef has gone all mushy, add curry powder/paste to taste.
Why not try barbecue sauce or chilli instead of curry!

Serve with boil in the bag rice or toast.

Cheese and Jam Sandwiches (Sent in by P.Cook)
INGREDIENTS
Bread or similar
Butter (not that "can't belive it isn't..." crap) (optional)
Cheese
Jam
"Get two slices of bread, a roll, a baguette, a pitta or whatever floats your boat. Apply an even spread of butter to each peice if required. Slice or grate your favourite cheese onto one peice of bread (I prefer strong cheddar). Now take a lashing of strawberry jam and smother it all over the other peice of bread and slap them together to make a delicious sweet and savoury snack. You can vary this using your favourite jams (blackberry is particularly good). Go on give it a try! It tastes better than it sounds!"
METHOD
Thanks Paul, makes a nice toastie too!
