Agent Andy is a well-rounded commando/agent. He specializes in skills like Johnson or Frink, but he has as many talents as Bionic. Andy knows how to get things done, and may be considered Agent Johnson’s “right-hand man” (Agent Bionic being Johnson’s “left-hand man” and Agent Frink being left out). Andy and Johnson play well off of each other, and both are excellent servitors of the government. Andrew is up-to-date with technology and often drives one of the Team’s car. He can take more than a few hits, and he knows tactics.
Andrew, like Bionic, dislikes his real name and prefers to be called "Andy." He also, like the rest of the team, has a distaste for romance, sex, and intimacy. Andrew actually once stated (after being sent unprotected into Bionic’s Hell and asked how it felt), "It was the worst feeling ever! I’m sure it’s what sex would feel like.” He pretends to be lonely and claims that he inadvertently offends women, but he honestly doesn't want to get into a relationship.
Andy can work computers well and can, after several attempts, extract information from almost anyone. He does a lot for the team, and his abilities are much appreciated. This is especially true with his juggling skill; he has had to juggle active grenades, possessed knives, and Bibles to save the team several times.
*All the members of Team 13 appear to be drastically younger than they are (they appear to be about 20). This is due to a misfired “eternal youth” spell that only worked on appearances. Unfortunately for the team, the spell did not otherwise improve appearances so they are still as ugly as ever.
