Prof. Engleman
The Initiative Scientist
Why did I make this figure? Who can say really? As with many of my Buffy figures, it was in my "factory" period where I was just making too many customs and none of them really looked that great. I've been back over many of them in the past and brought them up to a standard I'm much happier with. this is one I just don't like.

Professor Engleman was a minor character in Buffy's fourth season, who was killed by Adam if I recall correctly! This version of Engleman began life as a WCW Disco Inferno figure. He's way too beefy, and not really that suitable at all haha. The labcoat was quite fun tho, I attached cloth to the figure and painted over it to make it match the plastic. If I was making this figure now...I probably wouldn't! No seriously, what I was going to say, is if I was making this figure now, I would have spent a lot more time sanding down the body, getting rid of all those excessive muscles for a much more slender body, particularly the chest and the arms. But oh well, we live and learn. Even though I don't like a lot of my customs, experience is always good, as I've had oppertunity over the years to try new things...find out what works, what doesn't...what looks good, and what I really just shouldn't have botherred with! I'll leave you to decide which category this one falls into!
UPDATE: This is a fairly pathetic figure, but I just gave him a repaint and sanded the legs a bit more.
