Kendra here was another character that I found really interested me. I like a lot about the second and third seasons of the show, it was definatly the high point as far as I'm concerned. I know everyone has their own views, season 2 and 3 really do it for me. As much as I liked Kendra, if she had lived we would have never had got to meet Faith, and that would have been a great tragedy!
My Kendra was originally a "leftovers" custom using an X-Men movie Storm head, and a Willow body left over from the Vampire Willow I made my brother as a birthday present. I originally did a fairly poor job of just repainted her top and sculpting quite a lame ponytale, but years later I returned to her and started again. I shaved away her midriff to give her the right style top, and sculpted up the collar, even tho its now 100% correct. I also picked away her hair and sculpted what I considerred a muchy better looking 'do. The jewlery I made with wire and milliput, again its not strictly accurate but I think it looks ok. Kendra is one of my better Buffy figures if you ask me. I quite like how she turned out in the end! |
