To be perfectly honest, I think this figure is pretty rubbish really! I enjoyed the Initiative storyline at first (it got old fast) and I thought Buffy looked really cool in her scientist disguise. So when I was left with a spare Buffy II head and a Willow body, I decided she would be a fun Buffy varient to attempt.
The body was relatively straight forward, I just sculpted (fairly badly) the lab coat out of milliput, and the turtleneck top. The head was a bit more tricky, and it shows that I didn't do a great job. I cut away all Buffy's excess hair and sanded round the sides of her face, then sculpted the pulled back look. It really doesn't work too well! Even the glasses are a bit shabby, they're made of thin wire bent into shape, but I've certainly done better with other bespectacled characters! |
