After watching the somewhat tragic yet heartwarming movie "What dreams may come"
I began to think about many things...
First, I thought about death...
Death is something that comes so easily to human beings.
Human beings are vulnerable to everything~
Diseases, accidents, murder, hate...
Its a scary world out there, a world where you never know when the end will come.
This made me think... Shouldn't we live and do what we really want to do
if the end could come at any moment??
Also, the portrayal of "Heaven" in the movies was somewhat paradoxical.
It was portrayed as a place where the inhabitants in heaven feel time
exactly as people on Earth.
THey have to wait for their loved ones in the same time scale..
I thought there was supposed to be no concept of time in heaven.
Also, only those the souls in heaven had the liberty of going back to
Earth.
Does this mean that only the kind souls of heaven are here now in the Earth??
This movie was very though provoking and made me think about life itself...
What comes after life? was what this movies was trying to portray
and this fantasy will probably capture our minds until the end of time.
