The Cornish Coastal Path
Excellent cliff walking, especially on the stretch between Mousehole
and Land's End on the south west tip of Cornwall.
Roseland
Spectacular views over the Falmouth estuary. Be sure to visit St Mawes
and St Anthony's Head. Best reached by the King Harry ferry.
The Extreme South: Cadgwith and the Lizard Peninsula
The Lizard is the most southerly tip in England. The surrounding countryside
and fishing towns are very picturesque.
Fowey Valley
Beautiful creek walks around Polruan.

convenient for après-swim.
OUT AND ABOUT
The Pandora Inn
Jutting into the river Fal in Restronguet Creek, near Feock. Beautiful
Elizabethan cottage pub, sea-faring clientele, award winning restaurant.
Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant
Padstow. Top-end, fresh sea food. Book months ahead for evening
tables (tel. 01841 532700). Lunches/bistro make a cheaper option.
Punch Bowl and Ladle
Penelewey. Pleasant country pub, traditional food, easy drive from
Truro.
