Oh well he thought to himself. Whistling a happy tune and with an extra bounce in his step he continued on his journey.for miles and miles he walked, skipped, and jumped. As always with a smile and whistling this new favored tune.

"with a favorite tune and a bouncy step",
"it’ll always help you get there quick",
"today a happy smile tomorrow a happy step",
"and if it rains you’ll get wet",
"but then you get dry if you sit near a fire",
"oh yes",
"oh yes",
"never expect nothing less",
"because every day your blessed"

After a merry walk Brim came across another stream and stopped to get a drink. Sitting down among the grass next to the stream he refreshed himself and washed his little hands and well splashed some water here and there.

After his little fun in the water he stood up and looked all around for there was nothing but small shrubs and barren land. With few scattered trees and hills of different sizes, some long climbing hills, some steep climbing hills. But still barren and some what boring. So far theres been no sign of anyone. Deciding this was good enough a place to take a nap then any other Brim took out his bed roll and laid it out. Laying down upon it he quickly fell asleep. He slept very well that evening also and was well rested when he awoke. Sitting up and rubbing the crunchies out of the corner of his eyes, he looked around yawning a little. To his surprise he wasn’t alone. There alittle bit away from him was a man. It seemed to be a man, a human man that is. Standing up he then walked over to look closer. And there he was, sleeping there on a bed roll, it was an old man, with grey hair and a white beard. He had a knotted old walking stick laying next to him. Brim looked around looking for tracks and anything else that might tell anything else about this strange man.
