| 11/4/02 *So this is the new news page Requested by many of you, but special thanx goes out to Therron of To Die At Twenty.* We just got back from our little California road trip weekend tour thingy. We had a lot of fun and met some great kids. We played In Sacramento with a band called Folsom..... fucking amazing band let me tell you! Check them, out! Good Beatdown music. We also played in Oroville with the Saved and a band called To Die At Twenty. Amazing band, and awesome kids! Also our guitarist will be doing a project with him called The Shattered Glass Romance. Should be good stuff. We would also like to thank Jen and Allie for all they did for us.. amazing people! In other news.. Dan started a side project with a few kids from Fall City and Carnation called Bloomhuff. They are kind of "Bar rock 'n roll. They sound like the strokes i guess.. Good stuff nonetheless... and again.. super nice kids. Check them out if you get a chance. They will be playing at the Redmond Fire House in a week or so. They also just released their debut album with 7 songs i believe. As of now we are just working on new material, but we will be doing an in State tour in about a month or so, so check back to get the details on that. Thanx for all the support While Hope Slept |

| 11/8/02 We have been working on 4 new songs!!! We plan on writing one more and then we will be going back into the studio. Once we get those tracks recorded.. we will combine them with the 'Indifference is the Enemy Of All Mankind' ep to make our first full length album. The new songs are a lot heavier than our previous material and fall under a metalcore 'genre' i guess you could say. We will probably play a few of them at our next show if they are ready. Also we will be doing a winter break westcoast tour with our Brother band 'To Die At Twenty'! It will consist of dates and venues all up and down the westcoast. | 1/29/03 We have been writing lots of new material, and everyone should be pleased!!! As for shows, we are sceduled for Battle Of The Bands 2003 which will be in Duvall @ Cedarcrest High School. It won't be till late March, but we need all of you to come out and support! We are also planning on setting a couple more shows up before then so you all can get familiar with our new songs and sing along and such. ONe of the shows will be above the Flying Frog in Snoqualmie in about 2 weeks, so keep checking back for the date. One of the other shows will be a basement show at Bob Antone's house. So be sure to come out to that and cause a lot of Rukus. Should be real fun. We are probably going to hit the road again in spring after we record the new songs. Nothing huge, probably just a westcoast tour again and hopefully some dates in Reno or Vegas area?!?! Who knows... |
