Terms Of Use:
* If you are a Web Site Designer that sells there creations, you are considered a Commercial Site and are NOT allowed to use my tubes.
* I do not consider School or Daycare sites Commercial if the sole purpose of the site is to provide information for parents or teachers. If the sole purpose is to advertise the School or Daycare, it is than considered Commercial.
* If you have a site that offers a membership to your site, contact me before you use any of my tubes. I am a very giving person and I might just require a free membership to your site. Just call it a trade for services.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
* Use my tubes and graphics in family-friendly sites only! NO sites with profanity, racist, nudity, hatred or similar material.
* You may use my tubes or graphics mixed with other artists work.
* You may use my graphics for the purpose of tutorials as long as they are free.
* You may use the tubes to create anything for yourself or others, or to create other tubes that are free for personal sites only. NO COMMERCIAL SITES!
* You may use the tubes to create Signature tags for groups such as Yahoo or MSN.
* Print the graphics for personal projects only.
* If you belong to a group and pass the tubes around, such as Yahoo Groups, Please place a link within the post to Whimsey Creek.
* Use the tubes and graphics to make cards, stationery, candy wrappers, labels or ect., as long as it is for personal use. NO MASS PRODUCTION FOR PROFIT!

* Do Not use my tubes for PROFIT!
* Do Not alter my tubes or graphics in any way. That means that you may not modify by re-coloring them. All tubes and graphics must be used as is. You may add text to the sign if applicable.
* Do Not use my tubes or graphics if you are making cards, stationery, cady wrappers, labels or ect. you are planning to sell.
* Do Not offer them in any collections downloadable on your site.
* Do Not redistribute them on cd's, floppy disks, ect. My work is NOT "PUBLIC DOMAIN".
* Do Not direct link to this site. That is bandwidth theft and is stricktly prohibited. Download all tubes & graphics to your own hard drive.
