Born April 15, 1971, Muscat was bred by Tersk Stud in Russia. He was imported in the United States in 1978. Muscat is a strikinly beauitful Chestnut colour with unique markings. He's passed on his beauty and talen onto his offspring, making him an impressive breeding stallion. Salon, Muscat's sire, was imported from Russia to Germany in 1971, then from Germany to the United States in 1980. He has produced 64 Purebred in Russia, 24 in West Germany, and 119 in the United States. Salon's sire line is Ibrahim Desertbred. Salon passed away in 1984. Malpia, Muscat's dam, placed second in Great Prize for Fillies in 1961 in Russia. Negatiw was a race winner once exported to Poland in 1961. He produced many stakes winners and was a 1954 National Champion Stallion. Priboj sired 26 Stakes winners and placed in 19 Stakes. Mammona, sired by the great Ofir, was a great broodmare for Tersk Stud. She walked 1800km with foal Manito as side from Janow Podlaski in Poland to Tersk Stud in Russia during WW2.
