Standard delivery
items
In-stock merchandise will ship within 3
business days of receipt of your order. Standard ground delivery time averages
between 5-7 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you
know the expected delivery date. Our standard carriers require a street address;
if you use a postal box number, shipping is by parcel post. Items ordered
together do not always arrive together. All delivery charges will be applied to
the first of multiple shipments. Standard delivery items will only be
billed upon shipment. U.S. territories, Alaska and Hawaii call Customer Service
for quote. Please add $4.95 for each additional delivery
destination.
Overnight
and rush delivery
For an additional charge, we can ship most
in-stock items faster. Orders placed by 11 am (CST) Monday-Friday can be shipped
overnight for an additional $17.95 per address, or by Rush Service (2-3 business
days) for an additional $7.95. Carriers require a street address and phone
number for this service. Unusually heavy or bulky and "direct shipped"
items (and deliveries outside the contiguous U.S.) may require an extra charge
or may not be eligible for rush delivery.
Shipping surcharges
Heavy or oversized items are subject to a
surcharge in addition to the regular shipping charges. Freight deliveries are
curbside only. If the item is delivered outside the contiguous U.S., other
additional charges will apply. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes.
Damaged
deliveries
If an item is received damaged , please
notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be
processed. Please hold to original carton and damaged merchandise for
inspection, otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.
Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
it must be returned within 60 days for you to receive a refund or exchange.
Returns received after 60 days but within 90 days, qualify for exchange or
merchandise credit only. For your protection, returned packages must be insured
for the value of your merchandise. Repack items carefully in the original
packing materials with the return form and prepay shipping. (please note that
you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping
costs).
If you paid by check or money order, we will
issue a refund check. If you paid with a credit card, product charges will be
credited to your account. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Customized orders and personalized items are
non-refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable once your order has
shipped.
