Paula Brodie's Page
Paula began her EMS career back in 1997 with White Haven Ambulance as a First Responder after a close friend was fatally injured.  Paula then went on to get her certification a year later in 1998 as an EMT still running as a volunteer with White Haven Ambulance.  She also is an EMT-Instructor at this time with Lehigh Community College.  Paula in 1999 was employed with Rural/Metro Medical Services in the Wilkes Barre Station and also joined with Plains Medic 2 also in 1999 and still a member at this time.  Paula remained with Rural/Metro as she attened Paramedic school at Luzerne County Community College, Nanticoke Campus.  As Paula obtainted her Paramedic in 2000 she stayed with Rural/Metro part time doing time in the new stations with Medic 16 in White Haven, and in Hazleton with Medic 6.  With the pull out of Rural/Metro from Pennsylvania Paula was hired for PRN work with the newly created White Haven Medic 22.  Paula does work full time in a non EMS related job.
