Brush 60-2 responds to all alarms in the township. It is first due out on brush fires, pumping details, wilderness rescues and sometimes MVC's.

| The Whites Crossing Fire Company is one of two fire companies that cover Carbondale Township. Whites Crossing is assigned as Station 60-2. The other station is the Meredith Hose Company, Station 60-1, and it is located in the town of Childs. WCFC operates two pieces of apparatus, a 1975 American LaFrance engine and a 1986 Chevorlet Brush/Squad truck. Most of the call volume for Station 60-2 is Motor Vehicle Accidents(MVA's) and brush fires. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
