Nigel. A strange being among the KFC residence. He hungers for nothing but study; his life is study but is study a life?

Nigel is one of the more inconspicuous characters in the KFC team yet it’s important to keep your wits about you when dealing with him for he poses more of a threat than would ever seem possible. He may seem like a harmless, quiet and shy boy to many, but they are unaware of the power and destruction that is within this terrible being. Over the last few years at KFC, Nigel has been befriended by many that took him in with open arms. Nigel had no problem with this and joined them with no concerns. But soon Nigel grew evil, and began to feel anger towards those who opposed him. He decided to bring down the people who had made him who he was and to claim the throne of intellectual status, and to become a greatly respected and eminent member among the KFC managers so he would have even more power over the others. Who knows what the thing is up to next, maybe be wants to take over the managers too so he can finally get rid of his two greatest threats, Anne and Strez.

Nigel has to leave on time. He will not stay a single minute over time to help out. When it's time to do his clean up, that's all he can do. He wont take a single order. But dont customers come first? Being a customer service leader and shift supervisor Nigel should know this. But is doesn't phaze Nigel, he comes first. So what exactly is he wearing a blue shiirt for? Why is he recieving all these awards. That because Nigel and his quiet personality is thought to of not possibly being able to do any wrong. Yeah well that doesn't mean he can do anything right either. Numorous people have commented on his poor quality of work and clean ups but this is failed to be seen by the managers. As long as he keeps up this goody too shoes act he will easily work his way to the top. How disgusting.

Since his claim to fame as a KFC supervisor, Nigel has turned from conversational friendly to conversational "NOT AT ALL". Workers are striving harder then ever but not enough to please Nigel. You can not speak a single word that has to do with something other than work. "Do you want me to loose my job" he says as his sob story defence. "I'm telling you off so you dont get introuble" is that so. No it isn't. When he said that to me it also followed "Look, frank is gonna get us pizza if we are good so thats why im making sure...". I think he's taking on a Malu characteristic. He's doing anything just not to make him look bad, but of corse if he wants to engage in a chat then thats ok. The ever boringly changing, studying machine Nigel.

Recently there has been a new tact to improve to leadership in KFC inforced into our store. Head office have decided to let managers allicate a eleite few to become special supervisors. These supervisors able to take over the shift and able to order the others as they become become the shift lead. A select three were asigned to this job, all of which are unsuitable for the job for different reasons. One of these three, was Nigel. A new turn in 'The Nigel Effect'. With this new sorce of power in the palm of his hands who knows what will become of the now harmonious place we call work. And with joint forces with the wicked witch Suzanne together with Malu and possibly the other managers this could mean the end of an era, the end of eating a meezly piece of popcorn chicken, the end of mucking around, the end of Strez. It can only end in disaster.
