Suzanne, hmm where to start? Outside of work Suzanne can be a nice person to talk to but for some reason she takes an instant dislike to certain people and proceeds to makes every shift they work with her hellish. She is pointlessly rude, has a very short, foul temper and finds fault over the smallest things. Suzanne is hardly without fault herself. She is a fast worker yet her inter personal skills with customers and fellow workers leaves a lot to be desired. Malu has commented on Suzanne before saying that she thinks she is good but she is not. Having worked at KFC for around five years she knows her job well admittedly yet she has the idea that nobody else is capable of doing anything. In general Suzanne is a nasty person who really brings down the quality of the people at work. |

Recently the managers were told to allocate a select few to become shift supervisers. These supervisors able to order the others around, control all and make all the decisions. Three were chosen. One of these was the wicked witch her self Suzanne. Were the managers thinking clearly. This was one huge mistake. Suzanne only cares about herself getting out on time not anyone else and with this new found power she could easily place all responsibility on others and be free to do whatever she pleases. Time is up for a few workers. She has recently been known to dob in fellow workers to save her own neck, and now as she is seen as a leader she will be trusted more, causing lies to turn to termination of others when it's her that should be terminated. |
See how you messure up. Try the BITCH TEST!!! |
YESSSS!!! She's finally gone and we thought we'd never see the day. Suzanne left in August 2003 to begin training for manager. Lets all hope she doen't come back to manage at Beechboro. I feel for the store that gets her, i can hear the KFC's closing down now. Already you can see that the pressure has been turned down at beechboro, but now that she's gone it seems that some one else will have to take on that supiriority. The Nigel effect looks to be wheeling himself in. But thats another story. |
