Pumpkin Bread

2c. flour
1 teasp. baking soda
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp. nutmeg & cinnamon
1/4 teasp. ginger
1c. raisins
1/4c water
1c white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin (mashed w/no seeds, or pumpkin pie filling)
1/2c oil
2 eggs unbeaten.

Cream eggs, sugar pumpkin, & oil together. add flour, raisins. mix well. bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Feel Better Tea

       mix equal parts (i do 1 teaspoon each per cup):
       echinacea, goldenseal, gingerroot, lemonbalm, licorice, chammomile

       bring to boil in 1 cup water, let boil for at least 5 minutes, let steep for 10 minutes.  strain into cup.  this is good for the flu, headaches, stomachaches and just for general well being, it also helps me sleep better.
