My mom's friend haunts the tower. Yeah she either was upset because her boyfriend broke-up with her or her fiancee was killed, I can't remember. -but she got so depressed that one night she climb up ontop of the tower. She paced up their for a couple of hours contemplating suicide. A small crowd gather at the bottom including my mom. They tried to coax her down. For a minute it looked like she was going to come down but instead she threw herself off of the tower [-to her death on the brick road below (Lupay)-]. My mom said on certain nights you can still see her pacing or hear her scream as she plumits to her death.
