| "The Ocho" has been declared a massive success by Ski Magazine, the same publication that annointed the Gumbay Smash as the greatest after skiing cocktail on earth. Just about everyone arrived safely on Thursday afternoon/evening. Lots of loading and unloading of cars and beverage glasses. Hot tub action, foozball, tunes and lots of yuks. |

| Late Thursday night Chip broke-out some of his best moves on Marcy.
His ring presence was in rare form, cutting the tall brunette off at every pass,
finally trapping her in the kitchen corner. He hit her with everything in
the arsenal, including the comparison to 'Chip Hall of Famer' Cathy
Shea. His intentions were clear... a Championship, full-contact, nude
match between Mrs. Shea and Mrs. Borneo for the undisputed right to have
Chaz as their man. Don King wouldn't have been more proud. |

| Friday we hit the slopes en mass. Cold, snowy, sleety conditions made
for an empty but cold mountain. The Snowshed Lodge was the perfect spot to warm up, have a few cold ones, and spend about a thousand dollars on lunch. On Day One, Halv will be the first to indicate he won the big race. This of course if incorrect. The poor lad has been grasping at straws since 1979. He was shutout by winds on Saturday and spinning rooms on Sunday. Maybe next time... NOT. Happy hour back at the house was just what the doctor ordered, which reminds me, we don't have any doctors and might need one next year. Anchorman, Office Space, 40-Year-Old Virgin, and Road Trip scents filled the house. They weren't the only scents. |

| Saturday February 2nd... The Longest Day On Saturday morning fellow Ocho's braved the howling Vermont winds in hopes of a big day skiing. Upon arrival at the mountain, almost every lift was closed or on a 'wind hold'. After contemplating our options, we deemed the moment a perfect fit for "Vouchers and Beer" day. Back to the house the gang retreated. Several ski babes had departed for their yearly "Spa and Cosmopolitan" afternoon. The rest entered into a massive game of Mexican for many hours. More hot tubbing ensued, and at 5:17 the Friends of Ocho arrived at the Gristmill for their yearly consumption of liquid fun... |

| Scenes from 998 Killington Road... The Hot tub was most awesome. Nothing like enjoying a few malt beverages in great company, while getting pelted with snow, sleet, and other mixed precipitation events. For those that didn't partake, you definitely need to brave the elements and check that puppy out next year. |
