Ground Zero
Ground Zero : Day # 41, November 04/02, (Through The Eyes Of The Child)
Greetings everyone from the once more sunny West coast. Arrived at Kangaroo court for the lunch hour again. As like any typical Monday, the temple of Justice (Doom), lacked believers.Did manage to get a couple more signatures today.I have discovered that having a petition to sign, invites others to approach you. Much more than just being a side show at the circus. The sign, t-shirt, phamphlets, bumper stickers, and rugged good looks (LOL), makes them curious. The petition invites them in. People immediately share their personal, emotional, trials and tribulations with me. It never seizes to amaze me, the stories of human suffering endured by so many.   The second person to approach me was a young woman, twenty years old, whom I will refer to as Carey. She was attending the temple of Doom regarding the ICBC mill. In short she was injured from an auto injury and was being jerked over for the inconvenience. Carey asked me what was up and I explained briefly my plight. Carey took a very strong position against the family court process, explaining to me that when she was 7 years old her parents split up. She recalls vivid memories of the ongoing legal battles that came of it. She recalls only being allowed to see her father once a week in a supervised atmosphere, she recalls social workers drilling her for information after the many false allegations of abuse issued by her mother. Carey recalls most, the pain and suffering she endured, being cut off from her daddy. She would sneak away to see him  as she reached her teen years. By fourteen old she left her mom's home after finding work, and now lives on her own. Carey now harbors bitterness and resentment against her mother to this day. She and her father are very close now. Carey informed me her father was always honest with her and allowed her to read the court documents he possessed, discrediting the lies and venom of her mom.   Carey was a real trooper. Sadly though, she informed me that she would never in this life time, bring a child into this sick and twisted world. She has no faith in the constitution of marriage or the importance of family unity. " A product of this fatherless society".
Have a wonderful day.

Ground Zero : Day # 42, Thursday, November 07/02 : ( FACE OFF )
Greetings everyone from the somewhat wet and much cooler west coast. This morning I embarked on my journey to the Vancouver Supreme court house (Kangaroo court), in order to see the Glen Anderson hearing regarding the the fascist regime F.M.E.P.  Murray williams arrived on the scene soon after and delivered us all to the hearing.  Together we watched the game. After what has been a drawn out, kick down, hair pulling season, Glen Anderson's team folded to the continual pressure applied by the F.M.E.P. centers.
In the end the score was F.M.E.P. $ 80.000.00 with Anderson to pay $ 600.00 a month in support payments.
Anderson having studied his lines carefully, expressed relief that the season had come to a conclusion. Once more the tyranny of the F.M.E.P. presides over the common folk.
Murray Williams provided Glen Anderson with our card and an invitation to touch base with other fathers raped, pillaged and plundered by the fascist regime. David wanted to let Glen know how much he hated his team when they platyed against Winnipeg. All in all it was a very eventfull day. Have a great day everyone and try to stay dry.
Ground Zero: Day 43, Wednesday, November 13/02 ( Dad's with signs)
Greetings everyone from the "Temples Of Doom", New Westminster Supreme Court. The trees are almost bare now, their remains littering the path to the Temple of Doom. I was not there long before an older and wiser gentleman approached asking to sign my petition. Expressing to me that twenty years ago he was bulldozed out
of his children's lives by the family court system and his life has never been the same. His children are grown up and on their own now. He still hobors anger for the precious years he and his children lost. Two women, after hearing my plight they were absolutely appalled that in this day and age such hideous crimes against citezens could be allowed. One of the two mentioned that she was unable to have children and her heart went out to me. I informed her that according to the New Westminster court, apparently I was unable to have children also and could sympathize with her. The other women exclaimed thati to see a Dad with a sign, asking to be a part of his children's lives, outside a court house, was a contrast to the "dead beat theory. She encouraged me to not give up and eagerly signed my petition for "Equal Parenting Status". The majority of people I speak to are tired of the injustices carried out by those we trust to protect our inalienable rights and freedoms. People are ready for change. The encouragement I continualy receive points strongly to this conclusion. It is high time the public is made aware of the crimes against our families carried out by the State. It is time to address these issues before Dads become extinct.
Have a great day and together lets make "FATHERHOOD LEGAL".
