| In June of 2001, after not having been successful with the false alegation of sexual abuse, Corrina Helmer's parasite of a lawyer hired an investigator to threaten and intimidate me. This investigator, Everet Lightfoot, I later discovered had not had his license as an investigator since 1993. his office is located in Richmond BC, above the Boat House Restaurant. Another interesting discovery I made was that this gentleman works for a gentleman by the name of Ted Euachuck, a former member of the bar disqualified for having important witnesses run off high profile cases. When this attempt failed, Corrina's next course of action was a unilateral action in Surrey Provincial Court for an ex-parte restraining order. New item on the menu being " Mutilation of face." Interesting to note when reviewing her application is that nowhere within it does she mention our pending Supreme Court litigation. Oversight? This misrepresented application was dismissed three weeks later by the Surrey Provincial Court. When this attempt failed, she just cut my access off all together. I have not been permitted to see my daughter since. |
