Introducing Uno, a borzoi with old-time Chulista phenotype. Uno got his name rather simply, he was the first born puppy in his litter. Litterbrother to SweetPea, he was my first pick puppy from the start, another good reason for his call name. His full name is a mix of his three breeder's kennel names. He has been held back for a time to mature, and he had several fun match group 1 wins before starting his AKC show career. Uno was rather a "mama's boy" who would wrap himself around me and turn away from judges, taking the reserved attitude towards strangers to the extreme. If he couldn't see them then they weren't there. That made showing him rather difficult. He currenlty lives with his co-breeder and co-owner Ann Stout, (Klasyx), who handles Uno with expert care.  Thank you, Ann.  Uno currently has 4 points and is ready to start trying for his majors. He is a great dog, very sweet, very loveable and very easy on the eyes.
