OK, TAKE NOTE, this site should only be read after you have precisely followed the following directions. If you don't repeat this process whenever you find yourself breathing improperly, ie, shallow breaths, the website will cease to make any sense to you. What's worse, is that over an extended period, this kind of neglect can make any progress you have made in the recent past toward enlightenment or self-actualization reverse itself. This is the most important page of the Site by a long shot and the last statement was the most important statement uttered on this site. Do the following now and if ever you stall out: 1) Take a breath in through your nose (hold it a beat) out through your mouth. 2) Take another breath in through your nose (hold it a beat) out through your mouth. 3) Take a third breath in through your nose (hold it a bit, think: "I can do anything") out through your mouth. 4) Keep the fullness of breath going now just through your nose. Now remember, each and every time you observe that you have stalled out. Bring the pattern back by going through these steps. It is the only way! You can't just try to start breathing right from a stalled out state. Got it? Ok, read on, you are ready. |

This is how you start your engine when it stalls. You will not function (though you might think you are functioning) unless your engine is idling in this fashion . . . on the fuel of consistent, full breaths of air. Track your progress throughout the day. Observe how many times your engine stalls out -- how many times, when you're not paying attention, your breathing becomes shallow and weak. Observe how, even at your age, you haven't even yet learned how to breathe. Meanwhile, you have been trying to live your life without this basic activity mastered and made second nature. So you have found yourself struggling to learn lessons, having mood swings, getting bored, getting angry, getting confused, procrastinating, feeling anxious, envious, jealous, etc. You went to psychiatrists, sought help from coaches, teachers, spiritual leaders, doctors, your elders, and your partners, all of whom were also not breathing properly ... Breathing correctly is a precondition of real life and of real understanding. If you have not reached the point where you are breathing full breaths on a regular basis all day long, you aren't really living. You are merely shuddering. This is the world we live in. A world of shuddering souls. It is no wonder there are so many problems in the world today. Our non-breathing doctors cut our umbilical cords, slapped us on our backs and sent us out into the world -- shuddering! CONTINUE |
