Lemon Berry Torte

Lemon Berry Torte
A light and tasty cake with lemon curd and berries.

Peppermint-Fudge Cake

KITCHEN - For Cynthia's birthday earlier in the month, Wendy made a peppermint-fudge cake with mint frosting. It was made with peppermint patties and crème de menthe. It ended up being quite minty. You can find the recipe on page L17.

Lemon Berry Torte

KITCHEN - For Miss Lee's birthday, Wendy made something very light and tasty. When Tom heard about the cake that Wendy planned on making, he decided that he would like one, too, so Wendy practiced on him. The cake was a huge success, as well as being just plain huge.
Unfortunately, when Wendy brought the second cake in to work, she found out that Miss Lee had gone home sick for the day. Wendy and the other waitresses decided to have some anyway, and it was enjoyed by everyone who tried it.
The recipe can be found on page L18.

Rolo® Brownies

KITCHEN - For Luke's birthday, Wendy made something quick and easy. After searching the Hershey's web site, she found the recipe for Rolo® Brownies. She had most of the necessary ingredients at home, so she didn't have to waste a lot of time and money shopping. It was a last minute thing, but turned out quite well. Get the recipe on page L19.
